BillLens is an independent tool that helps users understand utility bills in plain English. It is currently focused on AEP Ohio residential electric bills.
No affiliation
BillLens is not affiliated with AEP Ohio or any utility provider unless explicitly stated.
Information only
BillLens provides informational explanations and product features. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or utility-company advice, and it does not guarantee savings or billing outcomes.
Your use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully and only with bills or documents you are allowed to upload and review.
Accounts and emails
Some features require email verification. You are responsible for using a valid email address that you control.
Paid features
BillLens Plus is a paid subscription. Pricing and features may change over time. If billing is handled through Stripe or another provider, their checkout and payment systems also apply to your purchase.
Availability
We may change, improve, pause, or remove parts of the service at any time, especially during early product development.
Limitation of responsibility
BillLens is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. We try to make it useful and accurate, but we cannot promise that every analysis, upload, or recommendation will be complete or error-free.
